TailorLine is VM Tarm's fully customised liquid manure trailer for professional transportation of liquid manure and digested biomass. The trailer's tank size, axle configuration, chassis, pump, crane, and accessories are tailored to the specific transport task and the customer's workflows.

The solution is particularly relevant for agricultural contractors, transport companies, biogas plants, and professional agriculture, where a standard solution does not optimally fit the operation. TailorLine is built in stainless steel and aluminium with a focus on low weight, high payload, operational reliability, and long lifespan.

VM Tarm has been producing liquid manure tanks and liquid manure trailers since the 1990s and develops each TailorLine in close dialogue with the customer.

A TailorLine liquid manure trailer is developed based on the task it needs to perform. Tank volume, number of axles, chassis construction, pump and crane solutions, loading and unloading systems, and additional equipment can be tailored to the customer's needs.

Tank volume typically ranges from about 28 m³ to 42 m³, while the axle configuration can vary from two to five axles depending on the construction, load, and applicable weight and dimension requirements. The optimal solution depends among other things on transport distance, desired payload, workflow, and the regulations in the country where the liquid manure trailer is to be used.

This means that TailorLine can be developed for both intensive transport cycles between agriculture and biogas plants and for tasks with specific requirements for maneuverability, pumping capacity, or existing equipment.
